The fuel filter is intended for catching of particles which can lead to violation of work of system of supply of fuel. It is established under a metal cover 27 (see fig. 206 ) near a fuel tank 24. The filter is built in submitting highway between the fuel pump and the fuel distributive highway. On the filter there is an arrow who specifies the direction fuel movement. At installation of the new filter it is necessary to pay attention to it. The filter has long service life therefore he does not demand replacement at carrying out technical inspections and works on car service. It should be changed only if it was hammered.
