Removal of the distributor of ignition carry out in the following order:
- uncover the ignition distributor;
- disconnect a shtekerny block of the sensor of the Hall from the ignition distributor. For what, compress a spring collar and pull out a shtekerny block;
- turn the engine until the piston of the first cylinder will not rise in the provision VMT of a course of compression:

- on the engine established on the car, the label «0» (fig. 219, A) on a flywheel should stand on one line with "window" edge in the flywheel case;
- on the removed engine the groove on a quencher of fluctuations should coincide with an arrow on a protective casing of a driving belt (see.

fig. 219, B ), and the adjusting label on a camshaft pulley (fig. 220) should be on one line with an arrow on a casing of a driving belt.

- establish a begunok of the distributor of ignition in the specified situation (fig. 221) before it will be removed. Mark top a begunka and edge of the case of the distributor of ignition, having scratched risks;
- put on a bolt of a quencher of fluctuations a mounted head for an engine provorachivaniye.
- unscrew a bolt and remove a clamping lath of the distributor of ignition;
- pull out the ignition distributor from the engine.
Installation of the distributor of ignition is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
If the engine after removal of the distributor of ignition was turned, execute the following:
- on the engine established on the car:
- establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT during compression, i.e. both valves should be closed (if the cover of a head of the block of cylinders) is removed, or turn the engine until the label «0» (see fig. 219 , and) on a flywheel will not appear on one line with "window" edge in the flywheel case;
- on the engine removed from the car:
- turn the engine until the groove on a quencher of fluctuations will not coincide with an arrow on a protective casing of a driving belt (see fig. 219, B ), thus the adjusting label on outer side of a cogwheel of a camshaft should lie opposite to a label of VMT located on an internal metal wall (see fig. 220 );

- check position of a landing neck of a shaft of the oil pump. The pin axis should pass (fig. 222) parallel to an axis of a cranked shaft. In case of need, the neck of a shaft can be leveled by means of flat-nose pliers;
- сориентируйте a begunok of the distributor of ignition by earlier put risks on a begunka and at edge of the case of the distributor of ignition (see fig. 221 );
- in this situation a begunka put on a cover of the distributor of ignition and fix it clips;

- сориентируйте the ignition distributor ( fig. 223 , it is shown by an arrow) and establish it on the engine;
- connect a three-contact shtekerny block of the distributor of ignition;
- adjust the ignition moment (see подразд. 8.4), turn of the case of the distributor of ignition.
