Removal of the working cylinder of coupling carry out in the following order:
- remove a transmission (see item 10.1.1);

- remove the goffered dustproof cover 25 (see fig. 232 );
- unscrew bolts of fastening 24 and take the working cylinder together with the vyzhimny bearing;
- remove an O-shaped sealing ring 22 workers of the cylinder. This ring always replace with the new;

- a sealing ring 21 replace in case on it there are traces of the leaked liquid. It is located on a reverse side of the working cylinder of coupling, and to remove it it is possible by means of the adaptation 618 (fig. 233) . At installation of a new sealing ring 21 compress it the adaptation 618 until it will not enter densely under an external surface of the case of the working cylinder of coupling.
Installation of the working cylinder of coupling is carried out in return sequence, taking into account the following:
- before installation wipe vyzhimny the bearing a rag, but do not wash out it in gasoline;
- wrap three bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling and tighten them the moment of 11 N · m;
- after installation of a transmission check coupling work. Thus pay attention first of all to emergence of a scratching sound at inclusion of transfers. Best of all it is audible at inclusion of transfer of a backing. Not adjusted drive of switching off of coupling can be its reason;
- if necessary adjust a drive of switching off of coupling and make a trial trip on the car with all options of switchings of a transmission.
