Because of an arrangement of the main cylinder of coupling, its removal is labor-consuming, as it is necessary to carry out a preparatory work to get access to the main cylinder of coupling.

Removal of the main cylinder of coupling carry out in the following order:

- disconnect plugs from AB and remove it. Do not forget to have at itself a protective code of a radio tape recorder;

- remove an air pipe 1 (fig. 234) and a partition 2 compartments of AB;

- if it is established, remove the holder of the additional block of the relay ( fig. 235 , arrows 1 and 2);

- unscrew fastening bolts (see fig. 235 , an arrow 3) and remove AB casing with a broad tank of system of cooling. Put a tank aside;

- disconnect a hose from an inlet collector. Collect following liquid;

- insert a small screw-driver under a lock collar 9 (see fig. 232 ) the pipeline and wring out it in the demanded direction ( fig. 236 , the shooter). Disconnect the pipeline from the main cylinder and take the About-shaped ring 10 (see fig. 232 );

- remove a casing of the block of a pedal of coupling;

- insert a screw-driver into a place of fastening of a pedal of coupling (fig. 237) to a pusher rod;

- extend a coupling pedal a little in the seat direction. By means of a screw-driver press both parties of fastening of a pedal inside (at first one party after that another) and deduce them from gearing;

- remove a pedal, having struck on it, in the chair direction. If it does not leave, it can be extended in the same direction;

- unscrew a bolt 6 (see fig. 232 ) fastenings and remove the main cylinder of coupling.

Installation of the main cylinder of coupling carry out as it should be the return to removal. At first put on the holder of a rod of a pusher for the pusher end. For fixing of a pusher press it in the direction of a forward wall until fastening will not be latched. Move a pusher forward-back to be convinced that it is correctly established.

After installation of the main cylinder of coupling remove air from hydraulic system of a drive of switching off of coupling.
