In drawing 291 elements of a forward suspension bracket are shown. Order of dismantle of cross-section levers of a forward suspension bracket:
- establish a forward part of the car on support and remove a forward wheel;
- remove protection of the engine;

- unscrew a nut (fig. 292) . If you change only a spherical support, unscrew bolts (see fig. 284 ) and remove a spherical support from the cross-section lever (see fig. 285 );
- unscrew bolts of fastening of the cross-section lever on inside of a stretcher and remove the cross-section lever. Plugs of the cross-section lever take by means of a suitable opravka.
Installation is carried out in return sequence concerning removal process, thus:
- use new bolts of fastening of the cross-section lever. As the cross-section lever fastens by means of rezinometallichesky plugs, tighten its bolts only when the car costs wheels on soil;
- tighten bolts of fastening of a spherical support the moment of 55 N · m;
- if you took a finger of a spherical support from a rotary fist, again establish it against the stop and screw a new nut. The moment of an inhaling of a nut of 30 N · m, and then tighten it for 90 °. If the finger of a spherical support rotates, establish in it a shestigrannik of 7 mm and tighten a nut.
