Removal of a transmission from the engine (at the removed power unit) carry out as follows:
- unscrew bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine;
- together with the assistant separate the engine and a transmission, moving the last back, and carefully take it;

Prevention
Primary shaft of a transmission should not lean on petals of a diafragmenny spring of a press disk of coupling not to damage them.

Installation of a transmission carry out as it should be, the return to removal, paying attention to the following:
- check a technical condition of coupling;
- be convinced of serviceability of the vyzhimny bearing of coupling;
- check existence of aligning plugs in the block of cylinders;
- clear and grease with a thin layer of a shlitsa and a neck of primary shaft of a transmission a small amount of G 000 100 lubricant. The amount of greasing should not exceed the size of a pea;

Prevention
Surpluses of greasing can get on frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling and to break its work.

- include one of transfers of a forward course in a transmission;
- with the assistant accurately get primary shaft in coupling;
- screw fastening bolts, together with washers and tighten them, depending on used bolts the next moments:
