The head of the block of cylinders can be removed on the established engine, and this operation is sketched further. If the engine is already removed, all preparatory work is carried already out.

Prevention Do not remove a head of the block of cylinders at engine temperature more than 40 ° C.

Disconnect the plug of a "mass" wire from AB.

Merge from cooling system cooling liquid (item 19.1.1).

Disconnect hoses of cooling liquid from a head of the block of cylinders.

Open all electric connections on a head of the block of cylinders.

Remove the air filter:

- disconnect from the case of the air filter a hose 1 (fig. 390) going to a vacuum regulator of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG;

- separate a shtekerny block of the sensor 2 of a mass consumption of air;

- disconnect a sleeve of an air inlet 3;

- cast away three spring collars of fastening of a cover of the air filter;

- disconnect an inlet hose 4 from a forward part of the car and remove it from the case of the air filter.

Uncover the engine and disconnect a hose of forced air. Remove a cap 2 (fig. 391) and a spring clip. Press a cover in the direction of an arrow and disconnect a hose of 1 forced air from an inlet collector.

Uncover heads of the block of cylinders (the case of ventilation of a case remains on a head of the block of cylinders). Disconnect a hose 1 (fig. 392) from a cover of the block of cylinders, weaken a spring collar 3 inlet hoses and disconnect a hose. Remove safety caps 2 (two are shown by shooters) and unscrew three nuts located under them. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders.

For dismantle of the engine it is necessary to raise the engine, to remove a forward hydraulic support of the engine, a collar of an engine mount and to remove a gear belt. For this purpose fix the engine stropovochny loops and raise it by means of the lift so that to unload an engine mount. Unscrew an engine mount from a hydraulic support (2 bolts) and from an engine mount collar (3 bolts). Be convinced that the engine is reliably fixed in trailing situation.

Lift a forward part of the car and remove protection of a case. Disconnect an arm of the pipeline of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (1 bolt).

Unscrew an engine mount collar from a forward part of the engine (fig. 393) . After untwisting of bolts at once lower the car on wheels.

Remove poliklinovy a belt and the top safety cover of a gear driving belt.

Remove a gear belt as it is described in appropriate section.

Disconnect all pipelines of system of injection which are connected with the pipelines fixed on a body and закупорьте them.

Disconnect from a turbokompressor an exhaust pipe.

Disconnect the oil pipeline going to a turbokompressor.

Remove or unbend aside draft of start of the cold engine.

In specified before sequence (see fig. 382 ) turn on a six-sided key bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, take bolts and remove a head of the block of cylinders. Remove laying of a head of the block of cylinders.
