If the flange was turned off, it is necessary to replace the sealing ring located on inside of a flange. To beat out an old sealing ring, put a flange on a vice (fig. 434) Press a new sealing ring.
For installation of a sealing ring establish at first a shaft, and after that впрессуйте a sealing ring as it was described for a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft. Bolts at assembly it is necessary to tighten the moment of 25 N · m.
Establish a cogwheel on intermediate to a shaft so that the wedge entered a shponochny groove. Thanks to it the cogwheel will be established in the correct situation.
Insert a bolt and a washer and tighten a bolt, holding thus a cogwheel in a motionless condition (for this purpose insert an opravka into an opening on a cogwheel and rest an opravka against a surface of the block of cylinders) the moment of 45 N · m.
Other operations are carried out to sequences, return to removal process.
