Though the system of production of the fulfilled gases of the diesel engine differs from similar system of the petrol engine, nevertheless generally all recommendations which were already given at the description of system of production of the fulfilled gases of the petrol engine are applicable to it.

The structure of system of production of the fulfilled gases includes a turbokompressor, a radiator of forced air and system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR).

The exhaust pipe is attached to a branch pipe for removal of gases of a turbokompressor. Behind a forward exhaust pipe the catalyst which is connected with the average exhaust silencer is located.

Further some additional recommendations about work about removal and installation of details of system of production of the fulfilled gases:

- the catalyst fastens to the average exhaust silencer by means of a clamping bracket, and a forward exhaust pipe by means of three bolts with nuts;

- do not use at accession of parts of system of production of the fulfilled gases in front of the catalyst any pressurizing means for additional consolidation of connections;

- in places of connections use new nuts and laying;

- when fixing system of production of the fulfilled gases pay attention to that rubber collars of a suspension bracket of system of production of the fulfilled gases were not in tension, otherwise they will quickly become unfit for use.

After installation be convinced that all details of system of production of the fulfilled gases are on sufficient removal from other parts of the car.
