Put laying of a head of the block of cylinders so that «Oben» or "Top" inscription from above was visible. Always establish new laying;
- for the correct arrangement of laying two directing are inserted into places of fastening of bolts «12» and «20» on the block of cylinders;
- whether establish a head of the block of cylinders and обстучите its plastic rubber hammer. That valves did not contact to the bottoms of pistons, establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and turn a cranked shaft against the rotation direction on 90 °. Thanks to it all pistons will be located below situation VMT;
- insert bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and twirl them by hand;

- according to the sequence shown on fig. 52 , gradually tighten all bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders at first the moment of 40 N · m and it is final — 60 N · m; in the shown sequence insert a key into each bolt, having remembered situation a vorotka, and tighten each bolt for one approach precisely on a half of a turn or twice on a turn quarter;

Note
Not to damage at an inhaling bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, it is necessary to use only a special, many-sided key similar on a shestigrannik.

- in compliance with earlier put labels, put on a chain of a drive of camshafts on both asterisks or adjust its situation (see подразд. 2.8);
- establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders together with laying;

Prevention
Always establish new sealing laying. In order to avoid infiltration of oil pay attention to the correct installation of laying.

- establish the top part of the inlet pipeline. At first connect both half of the pipeline, and then fasten on arms its top part;
- the remained operations carry out to sequences, return to removal, being guided thus by drawings on assembly;
- after completion of all operations fill in liquid in cooling system;
- put on maple a driving belt of units of the engine and pull it (see the section "Electric equipment").
