Therefore it is not required to carry out special adjustment of a tension of a belt if it for any reason was removed.
In spite of the fact that various units can be established and for their reduction in action various pulleys can be used, only one tension roller is in any case used.
Schemes of laying of a poliklinovy belt on the car without the conditioner and with the conditioner are presented on

respectively.
Removal of a poliklinovy belt is carried out as follows:
- mark the direction of movement of a poliklinovy belt. For what draw with a marker an arrow in the movement direction. The cranked shaft of the engine rotates clockwise if to take a detached view a belt;
- the lever 3299 (see
fig. 156 and 157
) weaken a tension of a poliklinovy belt;
- remove poliklinovy a belt from the driving mechanism of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering;
- remove poliklinovy a belt;
- check a condition of a poliklinovy belt. It should not have cracks or breaks, otsloyeniye of a covering or fibers, shabby fibers, обтрепавшихся or steklovidny lateral surfaces, oil or fat spots;
- damaged poliklinovy it is necessary to replace a belt surely.
Installation of a poliklinovy belt is carried out as follows:
- turn the lever 3299 a tension roller and put on poliklinovy a belt a tension roller and the generator (if the belt is established old poliklinovy, observe the direction of movement specified on it);
- release the lever 3299 a tension roller that poliklinovy the belt stretched.
