If to press a finger in the belt center, the driving belt should be pressed through approximately on 5 mm. For adjustment of a tension of a belt of the four-cylinder engine the special tool — a nozzle on a dinamometrichesky key (fig. 270) is used . In the absence of the special tool, use a face head (22 mm) with a dinamometrichesky key.

Establish a forward part of the car on support:

- weaken nuts 1 and 4 (see fig. 270 );

- weaken a lock bolt 3 adjusting bolts of a tension of a driving belt (on fig. 271 at number 8);

- tighten a nut the 3rd moment of an inhaling of 4 N · m, if a belt not the new. For a new maple belt the moment of an inhaling should make 7 N · m. Holding a nut in this situation, tighten a lock bolt the moment of 25 N · m;

Note If you have no dinamometrichesky key, tighten a nut so that the belt was pressed through approximately on 5 mm. Holding a nut in this situation, tighten a lock bolt.

- tighten a bolt 1 moment of 45 N · m, bolts 2 and the 4th moment of 25 N · m;

- make a trial trip on the car and check a tension of a maple belt once again.
