After removal of coupling remove products of wear of slips from a surface of a casing, disks and a flywheel with use of only a special cleaner or methyl alcohol. Work carry out in a respirator and goggles as the dust is unhealthy.
Wipe a rag moistened in gasoline, inside of a flywheel and check a surface of a friction of a flywheel. If frictional overlays of a conducted disk are worn-out to zaklepochny heads, it is quite possible that rivets damaged a working surface of a flywheel or a press disk of coupling.
Check press a disk and a coupling casing on absence of damages, scratches, cracks, color spots appeared from an overheat or deformations. At detection of damages replace both details assembled.
Check of a condition of a conducted disk
Check a condition of frictional slips. At their zamaslivaniye, emergence of cracking, non-uniform wear and unilateral teases, and also at distance reduction between a head of a rivet and a working surface of a slip to 0,3 mm replace a conducted disk with the new.
Be convinced that dempferny springs of a conducted disk have no damages, and their maple gearing is not broken too strongly. For check of palpation of a conducted disk put on it a suitable opravka and clamp it between holders of the lathe (fig. 227) .
Establish on the holder the measuring device so that the measuring finger settled down opposite to edge of a conducted disk, namely on an external edge of a disk. Slowly turning a conducted disk, watch indications of the measuring device. If palpation of a working surface of frictional slips is more than 0,4 mm, at desire it is possible to correct carefully it by means of flat-nose pliers, or replace a conducted disk.
Check of degree of a deterioration of frictional slips carry out with the help щупа for depth measurement.
Check a condition of shliyets in a nave of a conducted disk and on primary to a transmission shaft, and also a gap in their shlitsevy connection. If the gap exceeds 0,4 mm, shlitsevy connection is considered worn-out. The reason of it the most part is the conducted disk.
Check of degree of wear of petals of a diafragmenny spring
If on the ends of petals (fig. 228) is wear scars, replace a casing assembled with a press disk. Traces of development of the ends of petals of a diafragmenny spring on depth to a half of its thickness are allowed.
Check the provision of petals of a diafragmenny spring. The deviation of petals from one plane should be no more than 0,5 mm. At a bigger deviation from the plane it is possible to turn in slightly petals by means of the special tool or a metal strip with a cut.
Check of deformation of a working surface of a press disk
The surface of a press disk is subject checks on a buckling by means of a metal ruler (bar) and щупа.
Put a metal ruler on a working surface of a press disk (fig. 229) and with the help щупа measure a gap between the plane of a working surface and a ruler.
Press the disk with a deflection in less than 0,3 mm can be used in further operation.
Check of the bearing of switching off of coupling
Check removed vyzhimny the bearing, paying special attention to smoothness of its rotation, люфт and wear tracks.
The bearing should be checked by hand. It should rotate and not publish easily noise. Special attention give to the bearing to which there were remarks on noise at the moment of coupling switching off (pressing a pedal). The increased noise at switching off of coupling characterizes malfunction of the vyzhimny bearing.
