If coupling completely is not switched off, it is possible with some effort, switching transfers on raised and lowered to reach to the next HUNDRED.
If coupling refused by the included transfer, for its switching off it is necessary to dump "gas" and to put the gear shifting lever in neutral situation. If transfer sank down, it is possible to give small "gas" that the lever of gear shifting was liberated.
To go with faulty coupling execute the following:
- switch off the engine and include the first transfer;
- include a starter and start the engine. The car will get under way from a place breakthroughs until frequency of rotation of the engine will not be made even to transfer. If cold, it it is necessary to warm up the engine before it that it did not decay at once. On the equal road it is possible to reach on the second transfer to the next HUNDRED;
- if want to try to be switched from the lowest transfer to the highest, get under way, as it was described, on the first transfer, and then increase engine turns approximately to 1000 mines-1. Release a pedal of "gas" a little and include neutral transfer. Then completely release a pedal of "gas" and include the second transfer. At alignment of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine and a transmission shaft the second transfer will join. If time for switching of transfer was much, add "gas", having at the same time included transfer. Switching from the lowest transfer on the highest should be made only on low speeds, being switched, thus, for example, to the second transfer approximately on 20 km/h, on the third transfer approximately on 25 km/h and on the fourth transfer approximately on 35 km/h. To include the fifth transfer most likely it is not required;
- when switching frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine should be increased by the lowest transfer in order that it was possible to include the following transfer. Release a pedal of "gas" a little and include neutral transfer, and then again «подгазуйте», having at the same time moved the gear shifting lever to the provision of a low gear.
Transfer should join without any problems. When switching on the lowest transfer also it is necessary to reduce speed to supervise gear shifting. Whether at a gnash in a transmission it is necessary to check again transfer is included. Thanks to synchronizers of transfer should join without superfluous problems, however, to do it it is necessary with some effort.
