Before dismantle of the main parts of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye (see fig. 91 ) it is necessary to remove all devices and the knots located on a forward part of the engine that there were not removed only elements of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye (see fig. 16 ).
Before removal of elements of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye it is necessary to put the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT, and after removal of two chains of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye by no means it is impossible to scroll a cranked shaft at the removed head of the block of cylinders as it can lead to blow of pistons on valves.

Before removal of chains mark them color in places (fig. 92) to remember the direction of movement of chains.
For reduction of a tension of a dvukhryadny chain 9 (see fig. 91 ) the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye weaken and remove the tension device of a chain 8.

For dismantle of a dvukhryadny chain it is necessary to remove at first an asterisk 20 (see fig. 91 ), located on one of camshafts, or to remove an asterisk 10 from an intermediate shaft. In both cases follows вывернить a bolt of fastening of an asterisk 5. At an otvorachivaniye and a tightening of bolts of fastening of both asterisks camshafts should be fixed in motionless situation. For this purpose hold a camshaft by means of a rozhkovy key «on 24 mm», put on on one of shestigrannik (fig. 93) .
Unscrew a bolt of fastening 5 (see fig. 91 ), remove an asterisk of the 11th single-row chain together with a single-row chain of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye. Remove all other details of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye (see fig. 91 ). At assembly it is important to observe the recommended sequence of performance of operations.
