Removal of fuel nozzles carry out in the following order:

- remove the top part of the air filter 1 (see fig. 202 );
- disconnect a shtekerny block of the 5th sensor of a mass consumption of air and a shtekerny block 7 heating elements;
- remove from a head of the block of cylinders the valve 10 of system of ventilation of a case and the ventilating hose 11 going to the electromagnetic valve 13 of system of cleaning with application of absorbent carbon from the top part of an inlet collector;
- disconnect wires of a high voltage (VN) from spark plugs (the special tool of 3 277 A for this purpose is required);

- remove VN 2 directing wires (see fig. 201 ) from a lobby and the opposite side of an inlet collector 1;

- remove a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve together with a support 12 (see fig. 200 ) a butterfly valve drive, but make it so that not to delete a collar of fastening of a cable;
- mark and remove hoses of cooling liquid from the butterfly valve case. Thus the system of cooling should not be under pressure;
- disconnect топливопроводы from a head of the block of cylinders;
- for some time open a cover of a fuel tank (to lower excessive pressure) then impose places of accession of hoses with a thick rag and slowly disconnect hoses. If fuel after all scatters, he will be detained by a rag;

- disconnect a vacuum hose ( fig. 203 , it is shown by an arrow) inlet valve of secondary air between a regulator of pressure of supply of fuel and the top part of an inlet collector;
- disconnect the vacuum hose going to the amplifier of a brake drive;
- unscrew both back arms between the top part of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
- unscrew an EGR valve hose on the top part of an inlet collector;
- unscrew directing tube maslomerny щупа from the lower part of an inlet collector;
- remove the top part of an inlet collector together with the butterfly valve case (at installation pay attention to an arrangement of directing plugs) and at once закупорьте open inlet channels;
- disconnect electric wires from nozzles, from the switch of pressure of oil and from the sensor of temperature of oil;
- remove nozzles together with the distributive fuel highway;
- remove clamps of nozzles and nozzles. If the nozzle sits very strong on the place, under its case it is possible to substitute a rozhkovy wrench on 16 mm and with its help to squeeze out a nozzle
- remove About-shaped rings from both ends of a nozzle and at once them throw out.

Cause of defect
Elimination method

The cold engine is not started or started with great difficulty
1. The fused safety locks No. 15 and No. 18
1. To replace

2. The relay which is responsible for tension is faulty

3. The fuel pump (in the engine the insufficient amount of fuel arrives) is faulty

5. The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid is faulty
5. Check, by means of an ohmmeter, the temperature sensor

6. The butterfly valve drive is faulty

7. EBU is faulty

8. Wires between the Hall and EBU sensor are interrupted
8. Check and repair

9. The engine soaks up air through not tight places of connections or the damaged hoses
9. Check all connections of hoses located on the case of the air filter or leaders to it

The heated-up engine is not started or started with great difficulty
1. The vacuum pipeline conducting to a regulator of pressure of supply of fuel is not tight
1. Check. Carry out all specified checks

2. Nozzles are not tight

The engine is started, and then again глохнет

Prevention
At removal of nozzles be careful not to damage tips of the socket and sprays. Nozzles do not understand.

Prevention
Hit of engine oil in a nozzle is not allowed.

Installation of nozzles carry out as it should be, the return to removal. Grease new About-shaped rings with pure engine oil.
