The cover of the distributor of ignition needs to be checked regularly on lack in it of cracks, and also to clear it inside and outside of a coal dust and moisture. Besides, it is necessary to clean a begunok of the distributor of ignition. For cleaning use the end of a rag moistened in gasoline.

Service of the distributor of ignition carry out in the following order:

- отщелкните clips of a cover of the distributor of ignition, disconnect a cable of "weight" and uncover the ignition distributor together with VN wires;

- replace a begunok of the distributor of ignition if its contacts are erased. At all перетачивайте also do not saw round brass contacts;

- at replacement a begunka of the distributor of ignition, use only the ordered begunok (only for the 2,0-liter engine). Begunok is designated as R1;

- under a begunok of the distributor of ignition the dustproof washer is located. It can be removed;

- at installation of a washer and a begunka of the distributor of ignition pay attention to lock nouses;

- if there are small black hyphens on inside of a cover of the distributor, it indicates formation of spark categories. They can be scratched out accurately a knife. It is necessary to cover the scratched-out surface with nail polish if it is impossible to replace a cover;

- disconnect all wires of VN from the ignition distributor, clean and check places of their accession and the ends of wires of VN.

Wires of VN keep clean. Delete moisture to provide good giving of an electric current in ignition system. Wires of VN cannot be cut off to correct their bad contacts, and it is necessary to replace always. The new wire of VN should be ordered only according to number of the spare part for the corresponding engine.
