Repair of the main brake cylinder in case of malfunction consists in its replacement assembled on the new. The unique elements which are subject to replacement, are the connecting plug 4 (see
fig. 327
), in case of detection of traces of leakage of liquid, and a sealing ring 7 between the main brake cylinder and the vacuum amplifier.
At replacement of connecting plugs execute the following operations:
- open a cover of a tank and by means of a siphon pear pump out from it liquid;
- by means of a screw-driver shake to the right-to the left a tank and carefully remove it;
- take connecting plugs;
- new connecting plugs grease with brake liquid and insert them into the main brake cylinder;
- carefully establish a tank;
- restore liquid level in a tank and pump over hydraulic actuator system.
