At carrying out repair of a power supply system, irrespective of its volume, the most strict image observe purity. The instructions provided further surely observe at carrying out any works, however, we pay special attention to precautionary measures at work in electronic system of injection:
- always switch off ignition before to disconnect or attach wires of system of injection or the device of a preliminary warming up;

- sometimes the engine is necessary for scrolling a starter (for example, at compression check). Let's to the engine be got, separate the socket of a shtekerny block of the locking fuel valve 12 (fig. 470) ;
- disconnect AB wires only at the switched-off ignition not to damage system;
- the majority of 470 elements shown on fig. are electronic or electric therefore to address with them follows with extra care.
General measures of precaution:
- all works in system of injection can be carried out only under condition of the most strict observance of purity. In the open air repair work in system of injection can be carried out, only if there is no wind to avoid dust hit in injection system.
- before dismantle carefully clear all details and knots of a dust;
- the removed details put on a pure surface and cover them with paper or polyethylene. Do not use for this purpose fleecy fabrics;
- separate and clean the dismantled details which will not be established back;
- check purity of all established details;
- do not use the compressed air for a purge of other details if connections of fuel system are open;
- do not move the car if any elements of fuel system are removed;
- do not allow hit of diesel fuel on hoses of system of cooling. Immediately clear hoses if it occurs. Replace polluted by diesel fuel and the hoses damaged thus. TNVD is not subject to repair. Faulty TNVD replace or give to repair on HUNDRED.
For adjustment of time of injection of TNVD, and also for its removal and installation it is necessary to have the special tool. Adjustment of TNVD can be carried out only on HUNDRED by means of the special equipment.
