Repair Sharan/Sharan Volkswagen>> Power supply system of the diesel engine and turbokompressor>> Nozzles Each nozzle fastens a bolt to a clamping lath. Between a nozzle and a head of the block of cylinders the screen of thermal protection is located. The damaged nozzles can become the reason of the following malfunctions:
- interruptions in ignition of a fuel mix;
- knock in one or several cylinders;
- engine overheat;
- capacity loss;
- black exhaust smoke;
- high fuel consumption;
- a gray exhaust smoke at start-up of the cold engine.
It is possible to define a faulty nozzle, disconnecting from nozzles топливопроводы a high pressure in turn while the engine works at the raised turns of idling. At removal of a nozzle act as follows:
- disconnect wires from AB;
- unscrew a bolt of a cover of the engine, disconnect from it a hose and uncover;
- weaken and unscrew cap nuts топливопроводов a high pressure

. Remove everything топливопроводы in a set. Do not bend топливопроводы;
- disconnect топливопроводы from TNVD;
- remove a spring clip from a hose of removal of oil and remove a set of pipelines;
- disconnect hoses of removal of oil from nozzles

- remove from the holder a shtekerny block of the sensor of lifting of a needle, and then separate a shtekerny block. Do not pull for a cable;
- release a cable of the sensor of lifting of a needle from the collars fixing fastening of a plait of wires of candles of an incandescence;
- disconnect a plait of wires of candles of an incandescence;
- unscrew bolts of clamping laths of nozzles

and remove laths;
- remove nozzles. A screw-driver take out the washers located under nozzles. On a nozzle No. 3 the place of connection of the pipeline of removal of oil is located. Unscrew a hollow bolt. In case of need the place of connection of the pipeline of removal of oil can be removed.
Installation of nozzles occurs in return sequence concerning removal process. Thus always change for the new washers located under nozzles.
