The retsirkulyatsiya system OG (EGR system) is intended for reduction of amount of oxide of nitrogen in OG. The part of a gaseous waste through system regulated by the valve comes back again to an inlet collector. As a gaseous waste contains less gases, capable to burn, their return promotes decrease in temperature in the chamber of combustion and at the same time to reduction of amount of oxide of nitrogen.

Adjustment of work of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG occurs by means of self-diagnostics of the established control system. The structure of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG is various for the 2,0-liter engine and the VR6 engine, and is presented on fig. 163 and 164 respectively.
At removal and installation of details of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG for the VR6 engine carry out the following recommendations:
- a connecting element 1 (see fig. 163 ) screw in the top part of an inlet collector the moment of an inhaling of 35 N · m;
- tighten a cap nut the 2nd moment of 30 N · m;
- the air filter 4 at its pollution can lead to non-uniform operation of the engine;
- the shtekerny block 9 (brown color) is put on the valve 5 of return of OG;
- the valve 5 of return of OG — is the bilateral valve which work is watched by self-diagnostics system;
- the vacuum pipeline 8 conducts to connection of the amplifier of a brake drive;
- the pipeline 11 goes from an exhaust pipe and serves as a pipe for OG return;
- laying 13 always change, if the valve of 12 retsirkulyatsiya of OG was removed;
- the arm 14 fixes the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG, and also an electric cable. It will tighten to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;
- the shtekerny block 15 (black color) is attached to the temperature sensor of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG.
At removal and installation of details of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG for the 2,0-liter engine carry out the following recommendations:

- the pipeline 11 (see fig. 164 ) — is the final pipeline for OG;
- laying 10 always change, if the adjusting valve of 9 retsirkulyatsiya of OG was removed;
- an arm 12 will wrap in a head of the block of cylinders;
- the pipeline 14 brings OG to the valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG;
- tighten a cap nut the 7th moment of 30 N · m;
- the vacuum pipeline 3 conducts to connection of the amplifier of a brake drive;
- the air filter 1 at its pollution can lead to non-uniform operation of the engine;
- the shtekerny block 2 with two sockets is put on the valve 4 returns of OG;
- the valve 4 returns of the fulfilled gases — is the bilateral valve which work is watched by system of self-diagnostics of the car;
- the holder 6 is strengthened on AB.
