The way of fastening of the oil pump is shown on fig. 452 . At removal act as follows:

- remove an oil case (subsection 18.1);

- unscrew bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump;

- extend the pump down so that the shaft left gearing and after that pull out it completely;

- remove from the top part of the engine the vacuum pump and take it in the direction up as it should be removed at pump installation;

Installation of the pump is carried out in sequence, return to removal process, however thus it is necessary to observe the following recommendations:

- establish the vacuum pump. It is mounted together with a sealing ring which replace with the new. Insert a clamping plate into a fillet of a shaft and tighten a bolt the moment of 20 N · m. On fig. 453 the way of fastening of the vacuum pump is shown;

- insert a power shaft of the oil pump from below via the engine into an internal part of the driving mechanism of the vacuum pump and press on the oil pump without laying to a case;

- tighten bolts the moment of 25 N · m;

- again establish an oil case and fill in in the engine oil.
