To remove TNVD, execute operations:
- remove the air filter;
- remove the top protection of a gear belt;
- uncover heads of the block of cylinders;
- establish the engine in situation VMT. For this purpose uncover heads of the block of cylinders and unscrew a stopper located in the top part of a transmission that labels on a flywheel were visible;

- turn a cranked shaft (by means of a key of the pulley put on a bolt) so that the label on a flywheel appeared in the situation shown on fig. 415 .
- establish adjusting calibre for a camshaft and remove poliklinovy a belt as it was described in item 17.4.1. Remove directing roller;
- weaken a nut of a cogwheel of TNVD, but do not turn on it completely;

- remove a cogwheel by means of a special stripper 3032. For this purpose establish a stripper on a cogwheel (fig. 474) . Tighten an average bolt of a stripper so that the stripper was pressed to a cogwheel surface, and then remove a cogwheel, striking with a plastic or rubber hammer on the end of an average bolt;
- remove a stripper, unscrew a nut from the end of a shaft and remove a cogwheel;
- disconnect everything топливопроводы from TNVD;
- separate a shtekerny block of the valve of interruption of supply of fuel;
- disconnect a cable of management of supply of fuel;
- note an exact arrangement of TNVD to establish it then in initial situation. On a flange of the pump and an arm of fastening put risks which should coincide again at the TNVD repeated installation;

- being guided by fig. 475 , unscrew three bolts on a flange of fuel TNVD and unscrew the separate bolt located on a back support (fig. 476) . Remove TNVD.
TNVD is not subject to repair. It is necessary either to replace faulty TNVD, or to give to repair on HUNDRED.
TNVD installation order:
- establish the pump on an arm, level it according to the put labels and tighten a konusny nut (see fig. 476 ).
- check, that all put before a label coincided and tighten fastening bolts evenly around the moment of 25 N · m;
- check, whether there is a wedge on TNVD shaft, and carefully put on a cogwheel a shaft. Tighten a nut the moment of an inhaling of 55 N · m;
- tighten cap nuts топливопроводов the moment of 25 N · m;
- turn TNVD cogwheel so that labels on a cogwheel and an arm coincided. Fix TNVD cogwheel in this situation, having inserted a clamp 2064 (see p. 200);

- weaken a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a camshaft on a half of turn and bring down a cogwheel a plastic or rubber hammer. It is possible to insert an opravka (fig. 477) and to strike on it with a plastic or rubber hammer. The camshaft cogwheel thus also will be shifted;
- check, whether there is an engine in situation VMT;
- establish a gear belt as it was described in item 17.4.2. Carry out all other works described in this section. Pull poliklinovy a belt and a belt of a drive of the hydraulic booster of the steering mechanism (see appropriate sections).
- check for HUNDRED moment of injection.
