Removal and installation of a turbokompressor to be carried out according to fig. 482 . On fig. 481 places of connection of pipelines of a turbokompressor therefore on this drawing it is necessary to pay special attention at turbokompressor installation are shown:
- disconnect wires from AB;
- establish a forward part of the car on support and remove protection of the engine;
- disconnect an exhaust pipe from a turbokompressor (4 nuts), disconnect it on the other hand. Remove a forward exhaust pipe. Remove laying;

- remove an air hose between an inlet collector and a turbokompressor junction with a radiator of forced air, and also a hose between the air filter and a turbokompressor. These are hoses 1 and 2 (fig. 483) ;

- unscrew the bolts shown on fig. 484 and remove an exhaust pipe;
- unscrew a bolt and remove a hose of enrichment of pressure of pressurization;

- disconnect the pipeline of a retsirkulyatsiya of oil and the supply pipeline in 485 places shown on fig.;
- unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a turbokompressor.
Installation of a turbokompressor is carried out in sequence, return to removal process. Thus:
- replace according to indications of laying, sealing rings, bolts, nuts etc. (see the list to fig. 482 ).
- put on and fix a hose of enrichment of pressure of pressurization before the turbokompressor will be established;
- establish a turbokompressor and tighten the bolts inserted from above so that the turbokompressor still could be moved a little;
- tighten from below a nut the moment of 25 N · m and after that tighten the bolts inserted from above the moment of 35 N · m.
- before installation of the pipeline of a supply of oil fill it with oil;
- establish the pipeline of a retsirkulyatsiya of oil with new laying and tighten the moment of 25 N · m;
- establish a forward exhaust pipe with new laying (the moment of an inhaling of connection of 25 N · м);
- pay attention to correctness of an arrangement of separate hoses and reliability of their installation;
- after installation of a turbokompressor start the engine and let's to it work some time idling. The engine cannot be maintained at once on high turns as in this case there will be no uniform distribution of oil.
