- be convinced that all details pure and without foreign matters before them to establish;
- always grease any rotating or sliding details. It is necessary to do it before assembly instead of after details are already established, differently oil will not get to all necessary places. Especially important before assembly plentifully to grease with engine oil pistons, piston rings and walls of cylinders;
- carefully clean all parts of the block of cylinders if complete dismantling of the engine was made;
- at partial dismantling watch that in the disassembled engine or to his cavities did not get any foreign matters. Stop up all openings with pure rags to avoid it;
- blow oil channels the compressed air. If such possibility is not present, clean oil channels and openings a wooden stick, but at all do not do it by metal subjects;
- always replace sealing rings and laying with the new;
