In the case 9 (fig. 200) of a butterfly valve various elements are placed. In it the butterfly valve which via the lever of the roller and a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve is connected to a "gas" pedal (a pedal of management of supply of fuel) is located. Depending on the provision of a pedal of "gas", the inlet opening opens or closed. At full loading (a "gas" pedal in a floor) the inlet opening opens completely.
Butterfly valve potentiometer
The potentiometer of a butterfly valve is built in EBU. It defines the provision of a butterfly valve at present time and under all operating conditions of the engine and hands over this information of EBU.
At butterfly valve turn in reply to movement of a pedal of an accelerator the axis of a butterfly valve transfers a rotary motion to the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve, and on it thus there is a change of tension of a target signal. Measuring target tension of a signal, EBU defines the current provision of a butterfly valve necessary for calculation of a corner of an advancing of ignition and duration of impulses of injection.
Thus, administration of idling stabilization, switching off of supply of fuel or enrichment of a working mix at complete opening of a butterfly valve is exercised.
The valve of stabilization of idling provides adjustment of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling at installation on the car of the hydraulic booster of a steering, an automatic transmission or at the switched-on conditioner. The valve of stabilization of idling passes additional amount of air which passes through the sensor of a mass consumption of air that causes receipt in the engine of additional amount of fuel via the butterfly valve case, allowing to increase engine capacity, for ensuring operation of the hydraulic booster of a steering, the conditioner or an automatic transmission.
