The fuel nozzle 10 (see
fig. 201
) systems of the distributed injection represents the electromagnetic device which is operated by EBU and dosing out supply of fuel under pressure in cylinders of the engine.
Nozzles are fixed on the fuel distributive highway 6. The top and bottom ends of nozzles are pressurized by About-shaped rings 11 which always it is necessary to replace new at engine repair.
EBU opens operating signal the electromagnetic valve of a nozzle, thus fuel under pressure passes through the valve and is sprayed, forming the conic torch directed on an inlet torch. At each turn of a cranked shaft fuel is injected into the canal of an inlet collector in front of the inlet valve of the corresponding cylinder. The moment of opening of a nozzle is defined at this EBU. Each nozzle copes separately, i.e. it is possible to speak about the distributed injection.
