The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid represents the resistor which electric resistance changes depending on temperature. The resistor located in the sensor, has negative temperature factor of resistance, i.e. when heating its resistance decreases. High temperature of cooling liquid reduces resistance of the sensor, and low — raises it.
Temperature of cooling EBU liquid counts on power failure on the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid. On the cold engine power failure rather big, and on the heated-up engine — low. Proceeding from the received values, EBU counts duration of an impulse of injection which respectively will be more at the cold engine, amount of air in a working mix, an advancing of ignition and idling turns. The temperature of cooling liquid is used in the majority of functions of engine management.
