Fig. 394. Compression of a klapanny spring by means of a special stripper

The standard tool for removal and installation of valves and a way of its installation is shown on fig. 394 . The heel of the tool should fall on inside of a nest of a spring of the valve, otherwise a spring it will not be possible to compress. Press the lever of the tool and compress a spring so that it was possible to take half of a rod of the valve. For removal of valves it is also possible to use a piece of a pipe which is put on the top plate of a spring. Under a plate of the valve on the other hand it is necessary to enclose something to fix it. Shortly strike with a hammer on a pipe so that there were half of a rod of the valve. They remain in a pipe. But do not tear off a pipe from a plate of a spring not to lose a half of a rod of the valve.
Plates of springs of valves can be compressed also by means of two screw-drivers. In this case put a rag in the chamber of combustion of a head of the block of cylinders in order that the valve did not fail down.
Take half of a rod of the valve and a spring, and then remove the valve.

Fig. 395. Removal of maslootrazhatelny caps

Remove maslootrazhatelny caps. For removal of maslootrazhatelny caps it is best of all to use the special tool (3047A) as it is shown on fig. 395 . The tool represents similarity of a plastic beater with the adapter which is framed up under maslootrazhatelny caps of a rod of the valve. Caps can be removed by Maslootrazhatelnye and by means of an angular screw-driver. However in this case it is necessary to pay special attention to damaging a surface of openings of tarelchaty pushers. Always establish new maslootrazhatelny caps.
Take from openings the bottom plates of a tarelchaty spring.
