For camshaft removal, on the established head of the block of cylinders remove at first a gear belt of a drive of GRM (item 17.4.1).
If it is required to remove a camshaft cogwheel, it should be fixed in a motionless condition by means of an opravka and to turn off a bolt. As the cogwheel of a camshaft sits tight on the place, insert into one of cogwheel openings an opravka and remove a wheel in short blows of a rubber or plastic hammer. Remove a segment shponka of a cogwheel of a camshaft. Otherwise remove a camshaft cogwheel after removal of the shaft.
The head of the block of cylinders with the camshaft located in it has now an appearance as on fig. 436 . Remove a camshaft, being guided by designation of numbers of covers of bearings.
Turn on slowly and alternately from each party of a cover of bearings No. 1, 3 and 5 and remove them. Yet do not turn off a cover of bearings No. 2 and No. 4.
Weaken nuts of covers of bearings No. 2 and No. 4, everyone on 2 turns evenly and cross-wise until both covers will not be turned off. Remove covers and take a camshaft. In a cover number 1 there can be a sealing ring for a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Clamp a shaft in a vice with metal cheeks and unscrew a bolt of a cogwheel of a camshaft if it is not made yet. Remove a cogwheel and take an elastic washer. Remove an epiploon on the other hand.
Take out pushers if it is necessary. In order that them not to mix, mark them, having put on them from the inside risks: for the first pusher — one, for the second two etc. Counting is conducted with the party where the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism is located.
Combine pushers from a camshaft on a pure matter that oil did not flow out.
