Installation of a cranked shaft should be carried out in the following order:

The gear rim of the 6th sensor of frequency of rotation should be changed always if it removed

- establish on a cranked shaft a gear rim 6 (see fig. 82 ) the sensor of frequency of rotation with a new bolt 9;
- establish tubes to oil canals of radical bearings No. 2 and 7 and by means of a sharp punch fix them;
- wipe deaf openings in nests of the block of cylinders and enclose, the loose leaves of bearings greased with engine oil (with flutes for greasing) so that ledges of loose leaves were included into deaf openings;
- insert into a nest of the average radical bearing (bearing No. 5) persistent half rings;

Persistent half rings should be directed by flutes to a surface of a friction of a cranked shaft.

- lay in loose leaves of bearings a cranked shaft. If rods are in the block of cylinders, establish shatunny bearings on necks of a cranked shaft;
- enclose the bottom loose leaves (without lubricant flutes) radical bearings in the corresponding covers (ledges in dredging) and plentifully grease their surfaces with engine oil;
- grease with engine oil and establish, slips outside, two other persistent half rings on a bearing cover. Lubricant flutes should be located against a cranked shaft;
- establish covers of radical bearings and slightly обстучите their rubber or plastic hammer;
- tighten in stages bolts of fastening of covers of bearings, since an average, the moment of an inhaling of 30 N · m. Then turn each bolt for a half of turn. After an inhaling of covers of bearings turn several times a cranked shaft to be convinced that it rotates easily, without jammings;
- check an axial free wheeling of a cranked shaft (see item 2.6.1);
- establish pistons and rods (see item 2.4.6);
- establish forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (item 2.6.4);

Forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft should be changed after each removal of a cranked shaft or flanges of epiploons.

- grease a neck of the bearing of an intermediate shaft, establish a shaft and tighten fastening bolts with the moment of an inhaling of 10 N · m;

- establish a power shaft of the oil pump with a new sealing ring (see fig. 79 );
- establish and adjust a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism, including a chain of an intermediate shaft (see item 2.7.2);

- block a flywheel a clamp and establish a flywheel 5 (fig. 85) on a cranked shaft. Twirl new bolts of fastening 6, tighten them the moment of 70 N · m then turn each bolt on a turn quarter;
- establish coupling (see подразд. 8.3) also tighten bolts 9 (see fig. 85 ) a press disk of coupling the 8th moment of 20 N · m;
- establish the oil pump (see item 3.2.2);
- put on hermetic new laying and establish an oil case. Bolts of fastening of an oil case tighten the moment of 20 N · m.
All further works carry out to sequences to return dismantling.
