Installation of a cranked shaft carry out in the following order:
- wipe deaf openings in nests of the block of cylinders and enclose the loose leaves of bearings greased with engine oil with flutes for смазк so that ledges of loose leaves entered into deaf openings;
- insert into a nest of the average radical bearing persistent half rings;

Persistent half rings should be directed by flutes to a surface of a friction of a cranked shaft;

- lay in loose leaves of bearings a cranked shaft. If rods are in the block of cylinders, establish shatunny bearings on shatunny necks of a cranked shaft;
- enclose the bottom loose leaves (without lubricant flutes) radical bearings in the corresponding covers (ledges in dredging) and plentifully grease their surfaces with engine oil;
- grease with engine oil and establish slips outside two other persistent half rings on a bearing cover. Lubricant flutes should be located against a cranked shaft;
- establish covers of radical bearings and slightly обстучите their rubber or plastic hammer;
- tighten in stages bolts of fastening of covers of bearings, since an average and outside, the moment of an inhaling of 65 N · m then tighten each bolt for a half of turn;
- turn several times a cranked shaft to be convinced that it rotates easily and without jammings;
- check an axial free wheeling of a cranked shaft (see item 3.6.1);
- establish pistons and rods (see item 3.4.6);
- establish forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft (item 3.6.4);

Forward and back epiploons of a cranked shaft should be changed after each removal of a cranked shaft or holders of epiploons.

- establish a pulley of a cranked shaft;
- establish a gear driving belt (see item 3.7.1) and a protective casing of a belt;
- establish a flywheel and wrap bolts the moment of an inhaling of 60 N · m then tighten each bolt for 90 °;
- on the car with an automatic transmission (AKP) establish a driving pulley of the hydrotransformer. At its installation wrap bolts the moment of an inhaling of 60 N · m and then tighten them for 90 ° (see item 3.6.6);
- establish the oil pump (see item 4.2.2);
- establish on the engine the pallet with the laying planted on hermetic, and wrap bolts of fastening the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m;
- all further works carry out in sequence, return dismantling.
