The driving pulley of the AKP hydrotransformer fastens six bolts 3 (fig. 147) to a flange of a cranked shaft. Between bolts of fastening and a driving pulley there is a washer of strengthening 2 which has on an external edge скос and should be established to these skosy in the direction to a driving pulley.
Installation of a driving pulley carry out as follows:
- attach a driving pulley together with a washer of strengthening 2 to a flange of a cranked shaft six bolts of fastening 3 which should be turned by hand;
- previously tighten bolts of fastening of a driving pulley the moment of 30 N · m;

- measure by a calliper distance from the block of cylinders to a driving pulley (fig. 148) . The received size should be in limits from 19,5 to 21,1 mm. If it not so, establish a podkladny washer 1 (see fig. 147 );
- tighten bolts of fastening the moment of 60 N · m then tighten them for 90 ° (on a turn quarter).
