Dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders carry out in the following order:

- unscrew all details located on a head of the block of cylinders;

- clamp a head of the block of cylinders together with fastened to the adjusting screw of a final collector a collar in a vice;

- weaken nuts of covers of bearings No. 5, 1 and 3 (fig. 108) everyone on two turns evenly and cross-wise until both covers will not be turned off, remove covers;

Note In a cover No. 1 there can be a sealing ring for a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

- in the similar way remove covers of bearings No. 2 and 4;

- take out a camshaft from support of a head of the block of cylinders;

- put risks scratches on inside of pushers, i.e. the first pusher — one risk, the second pusher — two etc. (fig. 109) as it is impossible to confuse them (counting is conducted with the party of a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye) and take out pushers. Do not put pushers, and put the contact plane down;

Note Pushers are supplied with the hydraulic elements regulating a gap in the valve a drive and consequently with them it is necessary to address with care.

- the standard tool for removal and installation of valves is the tool at number 2034 (fig. 110) . It fastens to a head of the block of cylinders. Release the valve 11 (fig. 111) from half of a rod of the valve (crackers) 3, compressing springs the 5th adaptation 2034;

- for removal of valves it is possible to use and a piece of a pipe which is put on the top plate of a spring. Under a plate of the valve on the other hand it is necessary to enclose something to fix it. Shortly strike with a hammer on a pipe so that there were half of a rod of the valve. They remain in a pipe. But do not tear off a pipe from a plate of a spring not to lose a half of a rod of the valve;

- take out the top plate 4 (see fig. 111 ) with springs 5, turn a head of cylinders 9 and take out from the bottom party the valve 11;

- remove a maslootrazhatelny cap 6 from the directing plug 8;

Note Maslootrazhatelnye caps always replace new.

- by means of the special tool 3047 (fig. 112) or kruglogubets take out the bottom plate of the 7th spring from an opening.
