Installation of a head of the block of cylinders carry out in the following order:

- clear surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders and put laying of a head of the block of cylinders so that «Oben» or "Top" inscription from above was visible. Always establish the new laying corresponding to number of this spare part;

- for the correct arrangement of laying two directing fingers should be inserted into places of fastening of bolts No. 8 and 10 (see fig. 125) on the block of cylinders 3070 (fig. 124) . At their absence to insert into the corresponding openings in a head of the block of cylinders directing pins;

- establish a head of the block of cylinders and обстучите its plastic or rubber hammer. That valves did not strike on a bottom of pistons, establish the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and turn a cranked shaft against the rotation direction on 90 °. Thanks to it all pistons will be located below situation VMT. Establish a head of the block of cylinders only in this provision of a cranked shaft;

- insert eight bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and twirl them by hand;

- twist directing fingers 3070 and screw instead of them the remained bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders;

- according to the sequence shown on fig. 125 , gradually tighten all bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders at first the moment of 40 N · m and it is final — 60 N · m; in the specified sequence insert a key into each bolt, having remembered situation a vorotka, and tighten each bolt for one approach precisely on a half of a turn or twice on a turn quarter;

- insert a key into each bolt of fastening, having remembered situation a vorotka and according to sequence (see fig. 125 ), tighten each bolt for one approach precisely on a turn quarter;

- repeat this pass in the same way once again;

Note Not to damage at an inhaling bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, it is necessary to use only a special many-sided key similar on a shestigrannik.

- establish a gear driving belt 1 (see fig. 103 ) and adjust a drive of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye;

- paste laying 9 (see fig. 105 ) covers of a head of the block of cylinders on a head of the block of cylinders;

Prevention Always establish new sealing laying. In order to avoid infiltration of oil pay attention to the correct installation of laying.

- put on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. At the left and to the right of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders put on adjusting pins strengthening and evenly around tighten nuts with the moment of 10 N · m;

- the remained operations carry out to sequences, return to removal, being guided thus by drawings on assembly;

- after completion of all operations fill in liquid in cooling system.
